Summary
Job Title: Counter Balance Forklift Driver
Shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Rotating)
Location: Lutterworth, LE17
Salary: £13.50 per hour

Key Duties:
* Operate the Counter Balance Forklift to move goods around the warehouse.
* Load and unload products to/from vehicles efficiently and safely.
* Follow pick instructions to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately.
* Assist in inventory management and stocktaking.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.
Key Requirements:
* Must be able to read and write clearly in English.
* Counter Balance licence
* Experience in using hand scanners for stock tracking and inventory.
* Ability to follow detailed pick instructions.
* Computer literate with basic knowledge of warehouse systems.
* Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
