About This role: This role is central to the success of the events operation at Dynamic Earth, one of Edinburgh’s most unique venues located at the foot of Arthur’s Seat. As an Events Executive, you will manage the full journey from enquiry to delivery, ensuring clients receive outstanding service and seamless event experiences. The venue hosts a wide range of events, from conferences and private dinners to corporate functions and seasonal celebrations, offering a memorable setting for every occasion.

As an Events Executive, you will manage the full journey from enquiry to delivery, ensuring clients receive outstanding service and seamless event experiences. The venue hosts a wide range of events, from conferences and private dinners to corporate functions and seasonal celebrations, offering a memorable setting for every occasion.
Key responsibilities:
Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings
Proactively generate and follow up on sales leads and past enquiries
Conduct venue show rounds and confidently present the space to clients
Prepare quotes, proposals and event documentation
Plan events and create detailed run sheets to ensure smooth delivery
Handover all event details clearly to the operations delivery team
Work closely with the Events Manager to meet revenue targets
Coordinate multiple enquiries and events with strong organisation and attention to detail
Deliver excellent client service while managing busy periods and event deadlines
