We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated Nursing Associate to join our friendly, supportive and exciting family team on Ward 12 at Bury Care Organisation, Part of the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust.
• You will work as part of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing the best care possible on Ward 12.
• The role is exciting and challenging, where compassion, teamwork, excellent communication skills, emotional resilience and initiative are paramount.
• Ward 12 is a 21 bedded mixed inpatient surgical ward.
• Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
• You will need to have experience of working in an acute hospital environment or community setting as well as a Nursing Associate qualification at level 4.
• Experience of working with patients with ageing and complex medical patient's would be an advantage.
