Summary
APS Produce Ltd have 4 permanent vacancies available in our Alderley Edge Glasshouse.
We are looking to recruit hardworking, enthusiastic & reliant Crop Workers who are looking for job security and who are interested in growing and learning within our business. The successful candidates will become permanent employees of APS Produce Ltd.
The successful candidates will report into the Operations Manager and will be responsible for the following:
• Maintaining good crop quality to a high standards
• Maintaining and completing your area in full each week by completing the following tasks: trimming, dropping, clipping, pruning, gunning & leafing
• You may be required to pick the fruit occasionally depending on the time of year
• At the end of the season, you will be required to take part in turnaround and ripping out the crop
The role is 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidates will ideally have experience of working as a Crop Worker or show the willingness to want to learn and develop into a Crop Worker. The candidates will also ideally have good attention to detail. Training will be provided.
