Summary
To assist in maintaining an environment in which all members of the team can contribute to the maximum of their ability in providing a high standard of care for the service users.To undertake the assessment of care needs, developments,implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and the maintenance of a safe environment.Although support will be available from the manager, you will be expected to provide nursing care without supervision and be required to demonstrate procedures to care staff. You on a regular basis be required to take sole charge of Stapely, that is the nursing of service users, their safety, supervision and allocation of staff and responsibility for any emergencies that might arise during your time of duty.
