Early Years Teaching Assistant in Primary School

A welcoming and wonderfully diverse primary school in Southall is looking for a full-time Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible, working within the Reception class. The role will extend until July 2026 in the first instance with the potential for it to extend into the new academic year.
The successful Early Years Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to support learning through play-based activities, early communication, and social development. You’ll help children build confidence, develop independence, and engage positively with their learning both in the classroom and during small group or 1:1 activities.
Prior experience supporting the early years in a school or early years setting is essential.
