Summary

Working with our Integrated Nursing and Conditions team, you’ll help improve specialist tissue viability care so people receive safe, effective support that protects their comfort, dignity and wellbeing.

You’ll guide colleagues across services to strengthen the prevention and management of wounds, lower limb conditions and lymphoedema. The role offers flexibility in how you organise your week, with options for adjusted hours and remote working for non‑clinical tasks, helping you balance clinical leadership with wider service needs.


What you’ll do:
• Lead high‑quality tissue viability, lower limb and lymphoedema practice across services
• Provide expert advice and guidance to patients, colleagues and partner teams
• Improve care through audit, teaching and evidence‑based practice
• Support and supervise clinicians, helping them develop specialist skills
• Work with managers and partners to deliver shared priorities
What we’re looking for:
• You’ll be an experienced Tissue Viability Nurse with strong clinical knowledge
• You bring confidence in leading and supporting clinical teams
• You can use evidence, guidance and data to improve patient care
• You might have experience teaching or supervising others in practice
• You value flexible working and can adapt to varied service needs
