Summary
The following are the core responsibilities of the MSK assistant. There may be on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels. The role will be based in Ilkley but on occasion there may be a requirement to travel to one of our other sites. a) Processing incoming referrals in line with current Protocols b) Processing ongoing referrals for follow up in line with current Protocols c) Answering queries via the telephone system
