Role: Solar Field Service Engineer
Salary: £40,000 + package
Location: Swindon

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team of one of the largest and fastest-growing solar energy developers globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out both preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical components, including inverters and solar modules.
Deliver electrical maintenance services across a regional portfolio of solar farms.
Coordinate and manage relationships with local subcontractors.
Consistently follow HSE procedures and contribute to ongoing risk assessments.
What We’re Looking For:
Electrically competent, with hands-on experience.
Ideally holds a recognised qualification such as City & Guilds 2382-18 (18th Edition).
Previous experience with industrial PV installation or maintenance is highly desirable.
Full, clean driving licence required.
Strong team player with good communication skills.
