Summary
In this role you will:
Provide exceptional member experiences in Branch, alongside promoting the Society’s services including our digital platforms.
Effectively identify, assess and mitigate risks in line with the Society’s risk management framework and regulatory expectations.
Undertake all activities in line with Society procedures and processes, ensuring that conduct rules are met.
Seize opportunities to achieve and exceed your agreed objectives, playing your part in the Society’s Our 9 objectives and strategic plan.
Ensure good member outcomes through the application of the concepts of Consumer Duty.
Follow the Society’s Complaints Procedure to deal with member complaints, escalating where appropriate.
Engage with our local communities through supporting initiatives and events taking place.
Keep up to date with online training, including mandatory refresher training and manual reading.
What you will bring:
Minimum of five GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently, making informed decisions based on your experience and skills.
Attention to detail and a ‘right first time’ approach.
Sound knowledge of market opportunities and a clear focus on achieving growth objectives.
This role will be based at our Preston branch, you may be required to support our wider branch network when required.
