We are currently looking for a Corporate Hospitality Assistant to join our team at a prestigious corporate office environment supporting hospitality services across meeting rooms, conferences, and events.

Job Description

This is a hands-on, office-based role suited to someone with hospitality or customer service experience who enjoys working in a professional corporate setting and delivering excellent service.​

You will be responsible for supporting hospitality services across 19 meeting rooms, ensuring they are always presented to a high standard and ready for client meetings and events.​

Events are held regularly during the week, sometimes extending into the evening - overtime is optional however we would look for individuals that can be flexible.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing meeting rooms with tea, coffee, and refreshments before meetings.

Monitoring meeting room schedules and ensuring rooms are cleared and reset between meetings.

Delivering food and beverages for meetings, conferences, and corporate events.

Supporting onsite events and conferences, including hospitality service and set-up.

Clearing down after meetings and events, including loading dishwashers and maintaining pantry areas.

Working closely with a small team of three to ensure smooth daily operations.

Providing reception cover when required (training will be provided).

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service.

Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is desirable.

Experience of providing a 5* customer service.

A proactive and organised approach, able to keep track of multiple meeting schedules.

Someone comfortable working on their feet and in a fast-paced environment.

A professional and friendly attitude suited to a corporate environment.

Flexibility to work the rotating shift pattern.
