You’ll bring:
- Experience in a finance environment, preferably within accounts payable or accounts receivable
- A proven ability to learn new financial systems
- Clear communication skills, especially when supporting colleagues who aren’t finance specialists
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A positive, team‑focused approach and a willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 GCSEs (or equivalent), English and Maths (desirable)
If you're not sure you meet the criteria, still apply, we value potential and mindset.

If you need adjustments, at any stage, just let us know.
We can offer:
- Alternative assessment formats (written, visual, step‑by‑step)
- Flexible interview scheduling
- Extra processing time
- Quiet interview spaces
- Clear and structured onboarding
We recognise that different people work in different ways, and we embrace that!

We provide a friendly and supportive environment for you to excel in. We also offer several employee benefits (subject to eligibility), including:
- Benenden Healthcare Membership and Employee Assistance Programme
- Local Government Pension Scheme (with the option for Additional Voluntary Contributions)
- Generous annual leave entitlement
- Staff discount schemes, including reduced leisure centre membership
- On‑site parking
