We are looking for Project Support Officers to join our dynamic, forward-thinking Information Technology Services (ITS) team.
As part of our Project Support team you will be responsible for undertaking activities that deliver all of the key project management controls, including planning, risk management and governance. You will use your expertise in order to support on processes, procedures, tools and techniques to portfolio, programme and project managers.
Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
- Maintaining continuity of standards across Portfolios, Programmes, and Projects: managing interdependencies, risks and issues.
- Assisting the portfolio/programme/project manager in delivering the project’s objectives by completing specific tasks as required, for example creating and maintaining risk registers and lessons logs.
- Responsibility for monitoring finances, budgetary spends and resource utilisation.
- Responsibility for supporting the Portfolio, Programme or Project planning and scheduling processes.
- Working with stakeholders and team members to ensure accurate reporting and information flows to support successful achievement of project objectives.
