Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an innovative and inspirational Teacher of Physics who will also take on leadership responsibility as Second in Science. This is an exciting opportunity to join a school on a journey of growth and transformation and to contribute to our high‑performing Science team. In recent years, Science has achieved the strongest results in the school and continues to lead our improvement journey.

This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner ready to take the next step in their career. The flexibility to teach all three sciences at KS3 is essential, and being a Physics specialist who can also teach Chemistry at KS4 would be a significant advantage. A proven track record of securing excellent outcomes is highly desirable.

As a key member of our friendly Science team, you will help create an inclusive, aspirational learning environment where every young person is supported to achieve their full potential.
