We are looking for a passionate, motivated and forward‑thinking teacher to join our team at Ludlow Junior School. If you are driven to deliver excellent teaching, believe every child deserves fantastic learning opportunities, and are committed to helping all pupils achieve their very best, then you may be the teacher we’re looking for!

We are deeply committed to developing our teachers and genuinely invest in your growth — offering opportunities to learn from colleagues, refine your practice and continue improving teaching and learning across the school.

Our teaching team is dedicated, friendly and enthusiastic, with high expectations for all pupils. We are now looking for someone who brings that same energy, ambition and desire to make a difference.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate they:

• are keen to take a full and active role in the life of the school,
• have a clear understanding of how children develop and progress through the primary years,
• are enthusiastic and keen to deliver exciting and engaging learning opportunities.
