Ready to make a real impact in History? At Leigh Academy Ebbsfleet, we’re seeking a passionate Lead Practitioner - History to elevate our department and inspire the next generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality History lessons that engage and challenge students across various key stages and subjects.
• Lead curriculum development and share best practices to improve teaching across the department.
• Use data and innovative approaches to improve student outcomes in History.
• Provide leadership and support to colleagues, helping them to grow in their teaching practice.
• Work with the senior leadership team to lead on aspects of whole school improvement with the Teaching & Learning Team.
What We’re Looking For:
• A strong track record of improving teaching and learning.
• A collaborative leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
