What skills and experience we're looking for
Required for 1 September 2026, the Trustees are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and qualified teacher of RE and Sociology who is able to teach across KS3-KS5. In particular the school requires a teacher who is as passionate about delivering high-quality teaching as they are about their subject.
The successful candidate will be a joining a team of highly skilled teachers at Barton Court Grammar School. GCSE RE is popular and A Level RPE and Sociology are both taught across KS5.
The successful candidate should be able to deliver excellence in the classroom, providing innovative and inspirational teaching and learning.This post is suitable for an enthusiastic professional looking to further their career or an ECT about to commence their professional journey.
