Summary

If you have previous administration experience that’s great but not essential, most importantly we are looking for someone who is wanting an opportunity to grow and develop, keen to learn and succeed within an administrative role. Full Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
-Compiling accurate and detailed quotations
-Handling incoming customer enquiries, and liaising with customers and suppliers
-Sales order processing, from pre-order checklist to preparation of the order for invoicing
Organising delivery & installation
-Administering projects through to completion
-Supporting sales and project managers daily
-Creation of O&M Manuals
-After Sales, logging and progressing warranty calls
-Assist with Document Control & Management to support the team
-General office duties as required by the team

Candidate Attributes:
-Proficient IT skills with the use of Microsoft Office applications
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Problem solving & research skills
-Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
-Strong attention to detail
-A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30pm & Friday, 8:30am - 4pm (hybrid working on offer after successful completion of probation)

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum + discretionary bonus up to 12% of annual salary, 22 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service), free lunch on Fridays, Death in service & Income protection scheme
