This opportunity is designed for someone who has already completed a Level 3 HR apprenticeship (or equivalent), and is ready to confidently step forward into their Level 5 qualification. We anticipate the successful candidate will start on or after 27th April 2026, dependent on notice periods.

You’ll be part of a fast-paced, friendly, and highly collaborative team where no two days are the same. As we continue to deliver a world-class employee experience across multiple regions, you’ll have the chance to develop meaningful HR skills while contributing to real business impact.

Your Role in Action

As an HR Apprentice, you will be hands-on from day one, supporting the full employee lifecycle and gaining experience across all areas of People & Talent, including:

  • Providing day-to-day HR administrative support to the People Team, managers and employees
  • Assisting with onboarding, probation management, training coordination, and employee queries
  • Supporting the delivery and tracking of key People initiatives, policies, and processes
  • Coordinating ER-related documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up actions
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with systems, processes, and audit requirements
  • Assisting with HR reporting and People MI
  • Collaborating with our People Team and Specialists across the UK and India to support wider People projects
  • Playing a key part in building an inclusive, positive, and engaging employee experience

This apprenticeship provides structured development aligned to Level 5 standards, supported by real-world exposure and mentoring from experienced HR professionals.

The Perfect Match: Your Skills & Talents

We’re looking for someone passionate about developing a career in HR and ready to take their next step. You’ll bring:

  • Completed Level 3 HR Apprenticeship (or equivalent qualification)
  • Practical HR experience — either through an apprenticeship, HR administrator/coordinator role, or equivalent exposure
  • A strong dedication and committment to the Level 5 HR Apprenticeship
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
  • Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality written and visual materials, including internal communications, presentations, proposals, and email content.
  • The ability to build relationships and provide great service to employees, managers, and senior leaders
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn
  • A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism

If you’re excited to deepen your HR expertise, contribute to a global People function, and grow your career with a supportive and ambitious team — we’d love to hear from you!
