A well‑established manufacturing business based in Shipley is seeking a motivated Part‑Time Accounts Assistant to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stability, flexibility, and a varied role within a fast‑paced environment.
Your new roleWorking 20 hours per week across 4-5 days, you will support the finance team with a range of transactional duties, including:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices and managing supplier queries
- Handling sales ledger tasks, including raising invoices and allocating payments
- Completing daily bank reconciliations and monitoring transactions
- Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations

- Previous experience in an accounts support role, ideally within manufacturing or a similar fast‑paced sector

- Confident using accounting systems and Excel
