Your new school
We are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Wolverhampton who are looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join their team. The staff are incredibly supportive, and the school has a warm, community feel - making it a lovely place to work.
Your new role
As the Year 5 PPA cover teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons to Year 5 pupils
- Support children of all abilities to help them make great progress
- Work closely with the class TA to ensure consistency and a positive classroom environment.
- Provide reliable, high-quality cover during PPA time
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity and a supportive approach to the classroom.
This is a part-time role starting as soon as possible, perfect for someone wanting flexibility while still making a real impact.
We're looking for someone who has:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Recent experience teaching KS2, ideally Year 5
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- A friendly, flexible and proactive approach to teaching
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
