Summary
Your new company
We are looking for an experienced joiner / snagger to join a busy social housing team delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishments within a social housing programme. The ideal candidate will have strong finishing skills and experience working in occupied properties.
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Your new role
- Completing snagging works across kitchens and bathrooms
- 2nd fix joinery, including fitting trims, boxing‑in, doors, and panels
- Sealing around worktops, sanitaryware, and general finishing areas
- Minor adjustments and touch‑ups to ensure a high‑quality final finish
- Working professionally and safely within tenanted homes
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven joinery / snagging experience (social housing experience beneficial)
- Strong attention to detail and high‑quality finishing skills
- Ability to carry out silicone sealing and 2nd fix joinery to a high standard
- Own tools
