Summary

***HGV CLASS 1 NIGHT DRIVER***

Here at The Best Connection we are looking for an experienced class 1 night driver to join our team based in Eastleigh.
This role is a temp to perm with the potential to earn a full time contract.

Salary - £42,900 per annual

Start Time - 18:00pm, finish time around 04:00/05:00am

Shift Patterns - Mon to Fri (no weekends)

Location - Eastleigh, Southampton


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Driving a class 1 double decker curtain sider vehicle

- Arriving at Eastleigh and driving up to main hub in Swadlincote

- Doing night trunk tip and reload, either be a full load or trailer swap

- Vehicle checks before and after each shift

- Reporting any issues to night manager

- £16.50 per hour, Mon to Fri no weekends


WHAT IS REQUIRED:

- Full UK C+E Licence

- CPC & Digi Card required

- Must have Class 1 night trunk experience

- Good numeracy and literacy skills

- High level of communication skills

- Driven class 1 double deckers

- On-site parking

- 20 days holiday + bank holidays

- Full time ongoing work
