Summary
We're looking for a Digital Trainer/Change Analyst to support the training and change elements of key digital projects, including EmPoweR, our programme to deliver a full Electronic Patient Record to our acute services.
The role can be based at either Conquest Hospital, St Leonards or Eastbourne DGH with the requirement to travel cross-site and work from both acute and community locations.
In this role you will work with Trust staff to ensure that the training provided on our digital systems is of a high standard, with responsibility for the delivery of training scripts and manuals.
You will ensure that staff engage in effective change management processes to enable the delivery of identified benefits from clinical and non-clinical digital systems.
You will have responsibility to provide feedback and information on systems as necessary in order to achieve the best outcomes for the organisation. This will require effective engagement with staff at all levels to identify and facilitate changes required such as role and business process redesign.
You will alsoassist in the provision of effective focused digital and soft skills training and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the service, its development and the development of others. You will develop change management skills and support the Digital Change and Training Lead to deliver Trust objectives.
