Summary
We currently have a new opportunity for a dynamic and flexible Associate Teacher to support our staff and students by delivering lessons and supervision.
Job overview
You’ll be an expert in deploying classroom management skills, enabling students to achieve their lesson objectives whilst offering appropriate support where needed and helping to assist the wider faculty when teaching staff are otherwise engaged.
The right candidate will have:
Experience of working with groups of young people, preferably of secondary age
At least 5 GCSE's, Post 16+ higher qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain good professional relationships with adults and young people
