We are seeking a Research and Policy Officer to support research, evaluation and policy development across the Group. Working with the Director of PR, Policy and Research and the Senior Policy and Research Officer, you will help build the evidence base that informs strategy, strengthens our impact and contributes to policy discussions across the education and skills sector.
The role will involve supporting research and evaluation projects, undertaking policy research and horizon scanning, producing briefings for senior leaders, and assisting with consultation responses and policy submissions. You will also help share insights across the organisation and contribute to work that demonstrates the Groups social and economic impact.
We are looking for someone with early experience in research, policy or analysis, or a relevant postgraduate background. You will be able to analyse information, communicate clearly in writing, manage competing priorities and show an interest in the education and skills landscape.
