What will the Head of HR role involve?

    • Leading the delivery of comprehensive HR services across multiple sites, ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation
    • Developing and executing strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals to foster a motivated, engaged workforce
    • Supporting senior managers with complex employee relations matters, including TUPE processes, and advising on HR policy implementation
    • Overseeing talent acquisition processes to attract and retain high-calibre staff in line with strategic organisational objectives
    • Leading, coaching, and developing the HR team to deliver high standards of support and advice, promoting a culture of continuous improvement

    Suitable Candidate for the Head of HR vacancy:

      • Proven experience leading HR teams within multi-site or complex operational environments
      • Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders confidently
      • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
      • A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to employee engagement and change management
      • CIPD qualification, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
