As a Personal Assistant at our Derby Hospital, you will use your diverse administration and planning skills to primarily support the Health System Director in the smooth running of a busy office.
As the Personal Assistant, you will:

Manage email and diary co-ordination.

Control and facilitate meeting schedules.

Arrange and minute key committee meetings.
-
Analyse and collate data.
-
Management of the patient complaints and compliments process.

Work closely with the Practicing Privileges co-ordinator.

Prepare presentations and reports to tight deadlines.

Liaise with third party stakeholders including consultants.

Provide administration support to the Director of Clinical Service and the Director of Operations.
To succeed as the Personal Assistant, you will need:

At least 5 years' experience most likely gained at an Executive Assistant level.

Sound knowledge and competency in all IT systems.

A 'can do' attitude with a proactive and responsive approach to problem solving.

Strong communication skills.

The Nuffield Health Derby Hospital is a modern, purpose-built hospital with 38 en-suite beds, three operating theatres, and together with a comprehensive range of outpatient services.
The Radiology department is a small but busy department covering general radiographic procedures, theatre, ultrasound, MRI and CT. Set in beautiful grounds, we're about 3 miles from the city centre, within easy reach of all major roads and bus routes.
