We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join the AMRC’s new group.
As a Project Coordinator, you will support projects that range in scale and duration. You will support project teams and work closely with new and existing partners of the AMRC. You will be involved in scoping new project work, as well as ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, within budget and on time. Key aspects of your role will be to provide scoping and planning support to projects prior to launch. During the project lifecycle, the key aspects you support are the detailed coordination of project work required on the shop floor, procurement, financial and status progress updates.
We seek candidates who meet the following criteria:
● Experience in project coordination or project support roles.
● Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and providing outstanding customer service.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including basic skills in Microsoft Project.
● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to write detailed reports and support presentations.
● Strong organisational skills with a methodical and structured approach to work, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
● Proven ability to lead and manage support teams effectively across multiple projects.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and appreciate longer-term implications.
