Summary
Ensuring cleanliness of the ward area and ensure all cleaning documentation is in place and up to date. Ensure ward has adequate stock to ensure the smooth delivery of care for our patients. Ensure the clinical area is tidy and clutter free. Ensure patient's bedspaces are clean and clutter free. Complete menus, liaise with patient's and offer meal choices.
