Details of the Customer Service Administrator role:
• Hours: 8.30AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday
• Holiday: 23 days + bank holidays
• Free parking
What will you be doing as the Customer Service Administrator?
• Tracking the orders through to delivery and dealing with any issues.
• Handle customer queries and returns
• Using Excel daily to record and track information
What do you need in order to be considered for the Customer Service Administrator role?
• Good computer skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
