About the Role Care Assistant / Care Companion

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate **Care Assistants** to join our team on a full-time, 24-hour contract (day shifts, including alternate weekends).
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents health, wellbeing and happiness. Youll help create an environment built on respect, trust and kindness, ensuring every resident feels safe, valued and cared for.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about elderly care, residential care, and making a real difference every day.
Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your duties will include:
* Supporting residents with personal care, including dressing and daily living activities
* Assisting with mobility and responding promptly to call bells
* Serving freshly prepared meals and supporting residents at mealtimes
* Encouraging and supporting participation in social activities
* Maintaining tidy and comfortable resident rooms
* Accurately completing care documentation
* Working collaboratively as part of a supportive care team
