What you’ll be doing
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT)
• Receiving and storing incoming stock
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Arranging courier collections
• Assisting customers collecting orders
• Processing returns and updating stock records
What we’re looking for
• Minimum 2 years’ warehouse experience
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable, organised, and able to work accurately
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team
• Flexible to occasionally assist outside normal hours and help with periodic weekend stock takes
