We currently have a vacancy for a Fishmonger/Filleter based at Celtic Coast Fish Company, Pontyclun.Main Duties and Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced Fishmonger/Filleter to join our team. You will be required to fillet all types of fish according to customer requirements. Maintain a clean and organised workspace and adhere to health and safety standards and company policies.Previous experience is required along with excellent knife skills.
