Summary
About the role:The Director of Engineering and Motor Vehicle will have overall responsibility for ensuring the delivery of a well-designed curriculum within Engineering and Motor Vehicle and ensuring the whole learner experience is outstanding, in line with our Learning Philosophy and Learner Journey. This role will play a significant part in driving forward improvements to the delivery of the curriculum to ensure high levels of student progress, attainment, attendance and retention.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at one of our campuses in Oxfordshire, with travel to other sites required.What do you need to be successful as the Director of Engineering & Motor Vehicle at Activate Learning?First and foremost, you will be an accomplished leader and team builder, approachable in manner, with a positive and optimistic outlook and the ability to encourage, influence and persuade others in the pursuit of Group objectives You will have previous experience of the design of the engineering and motor vehicle curriculum to deliver an outstanding student experience together with a track record of driving up standards.
