You will proactively lead on candidate attraction and provide timely, effective resourcing solutions. This includes developing, coordinating, and delivering marketing and recruitment initiatives—from placing job adverts and supporting selection processes through to managing a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new starters.
Using a variety of media channels, you will create engaging content that showcases us as an employer of choice. You will also attend job and careers fairs, and build relationships with local Universities, Schools and Colleges to strengthen our talent pipeline and raise awareness of the rewarding career opportunities we offer across our care services.
You will be confident managing a busy and varied workload, prioritising effectively while maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and candidates. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to high standards are essential for success in this role
An enhanced DBS check is required for this post.
