You will join as a Linen Porter, supporting the smooth running of the Housekeeping team by managing linen distribution, maintaining organised storerooms, and helping ensure that guests experience the highest standards of comfort throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities•Deliver clean linen to floors and collect used linen from designated areas
• Sort, count and transport linen to storage spaces or external laundry points
• Maintain correct stock levels of sheets, towels, robes and amenities
• Keep linen rooms and Housekeeping storage areas tidy and well organised
• Support Room Attendants with linen distribution and replenishment
• Assist with movement of equipment such as cots or extra beds
• Follow manual handling, COSHH and safety procedures at all times
Person Specification• Organised, with the ability to manage physical and repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual and consistent in approach
• Good communication skills and willingness to support the team
• Comfortable working independently once trained
• Able to prioritise workloads in a busy environment
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying and moving linen safely
