Summary
The post-holder will be employed on a wide range of complex fault-finding and maintenance duties. He/she will be responsible for maintaining all Building Fabric, Mechanical, Electrical, and building infrastructure services, and equipment within Alder Hey. The post-holder will provide technical assistance to their mechanical, electrical, and building colleagues and contractors ensuring compliance with the Trusts safety standards and procedures for all relevant systems. The post-holder will undertake complex fault diagnosis and fault rectification, maintenance and capital work across the Trust. In addition, planning minor improvement works as directed by management. To be responsible for the calibration of mechanical installations Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and the Reactive Maintenance (RM) of all Alder Hey Estates services and plant.
