Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking senior nurse with a passion for quality and safety and the drive and commitment to aim to get it right for every patient every time. You should be a Registered Nurse with demonstrable acute ward experience You should have a keen interest in providing high quality; harm free, patient centred care in a busy, fast paced, ever changing and often challenging environment. For this role you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and possess the ability to lead the team effectively. As a band 6 you must display a positive and professional manner, have a non-judgmental attitude, and be open to change. In return you will receive support to develop personally and professionally and gain invaluable leadership and management experience. PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Act at all times in a manner that upholds the reputation of the Trust and safeguards the well being and dignity of patients and their relatives.
