Summary
To carry out disciplinary hearings in line with company policy.To ensure all administration aspects for transport staff in the department are up to date.To ensure all driving staff comply with drivers regulation by use of contracted systems.Internal: Managers, Supervisors, Drivers, andCustomer Care Managers.External: Patients, Carers, Relatives, HealthcareColleaguesTo ensure a uniform policy is adhered to.To ensure compliance with ISO accreditation.To report all accidents and carry out all follow up action.To assist in the development of the transport department by maintaining high standards.To assist in the control of van fleet within the depot.To ensure all defects are raised and cleared in an effective manner.
