Mae Cyngor Conwy yn chwilio am unigolyn â hunan-gymhelliant i gefnogi adran yr Amgylchedd, Ffyrdd a Chyfleusterau drwy gynorthwyo i ddatblygu systemau rheoli gwybodaeth yr adran ac i sicrhau bod data a chofnodion cynhwysfawr yn ymwneud â’r gwasanaeth yn cael eu cadw.

Bydd y prif ddyletswyddau'n cynnwys:

• Cynorthwyo i gydlynu’r gwaith o osod a chefnogi system reoli asedau’r adran ar draws Adran Amgylchedd, Ffyrdd a Chyfleusterau CBSC a Gwasanaethau Priffyrdd ac Amgylcheddol Cyngor Sir Ddinbych.
• Hwyluso a darparu cefnogaeth ar reoli prosiect.
• Darparu cefnogaeth dechnegol, hyfforddiant a chyngor i ddefnyddwyr system reoli asedau Symology.
• Cynorthwyo i ddatblygu adroddiadau technegol yn ymwneud â rheoli asedau.

Rhaid i ymgeiswyr feddu ar sgiliau TG ardderchog gyda phrofiad a gwybodaeth eang o gefnogi systemau TG. Mae gwybodaeth gryf a phrofiad o reoli prosiectau yn hanfodol. Bydd gwybodaeth o reoli asedau a phrofiad o ddefnyddio GIS yn cael ei ystyried yn fanteisiol.

Mae'r rôl hon yn cynnig opsiynau gweithio hyblyg ar gyfer cydbwysedd bywyd a gwaith. Gall hyn gynnwys addasu eich diwrnod gwaith a gweithio hybrid, hy cydbwysedd rhwng gweithio yn y swyddfa a gweithio gartref.

Gofynion y Gymraeg: Mae’r gallu i gyfarthrebu yn y Gymraeg yn ddymunol ar gyfer y swydd hon. Rydym ni wedi ymrwymo i'r Gymraeg ac yn falch iawn o’n diwylliant Cymreig. Rydym yn croesawu ceisiadau yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg fel ei gilydd ac ni fydd ffurflenni cais a dderbynnir yn y naill iaith na’r llall yn cael eu trin yn llai ffafriol na’i gilydd. Rydym yn frwdfrydig dros eich cefnogi a’ch annog i ddefnyddio’ch Cymraeg, beth bynnag eich lefel; ac mae gennym ni ddosbarthiadau am ddim ar gyfer pob lefel, wyneb yn wyneb ac ar-lein, i’ch cefnogi chi ymhellach.
