Vacancy – Yard Operative
ESS Employment Limited are seeking a Yard Operative for an established and successful events company. The successful candidate must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions in a non-construction environment.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
• Must be flexible and willing to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Operation of cleaning machines, pressure washers and manual cleaning
• Working as part of a team, order picking and labelling items prior to loading and despatch to site
• Putting away equipment accurately – literacy and numeracy is essential
• Working to tight deadlines with good attention to detail
• Keeping all areas tidy and clean
• General yard operative duties
• Physical work: some heavy lifting
The successful candidate:
• Have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Team player
