ADMINISTRATOR £25,500 rising to £27,500 after training. Mon – Fri 8-4, this can be flexible around core hours.
They will be in a small operations team reporting to the Production Manager and the Operations Manager.
We are looking for a highly organised and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where priorities can change quickly. The ideal candidate will be resilient, flexible and able to respond positively to change while maintaining a proactive approach. They will be a confident and personable communicator. A background in sales, customer service or a call centre environment would be advantageous, as the role requires strong listening skills, responsiveness and the ability to get things done efficiently. The successful candidate will also be proactive in managing their own workload. Strong IT capability is essential, including being highly computer literate with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
