Summary

Do you share our high aspirations for learners at Myerscough?

Are you an experienced practitioner who can provide high‑quality learning support to Apprentices and Adult Skills learners presenting with learning difficulties, disabilities, health needs or challenging personal circumstances?

Are you keen to join a warm, friendly and supportive team, based in a stunning setting — and play a key role in helping adult learners and apprentices develop the skills, confidence and independence they need for today’s world of work?

You may have experience supporting adults or young people in an educational, caring or community setting.
You may have expertise in supporting literacy, numeracy, study skills or individuals who need help developing core basic skills.

This post is fixed term until 19 June 2026.

We are on a drive to ensure excellence in support practices and to offer more specialist roles to meet the needs and aspirations of our growing numbers of learners within Apprenticeships and Adult Skills, including those with SEND and neurodiverse profiles.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support adult learners and apprentices in achieving their qualifications, overcoming barriers to learning, and developing essential employability skills. You’ll be joining the College at a time of positive change, with opportunities to contribute to shaping and enhancing our Inclusive Learning provision.
