Summary
A‑Level Chemistry Teacher
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed A‑Level Chemistry Teacher to join a high‑performing organisation located in South Birmingham area. This is an excellent opportunity for an inspiring practitioner to teach motivated students and contribute to a thriving Science department.
The Role
- Deliver high‑quality teaching across A‑Level Chemistry
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support excellent student progress
- Contribute to curriculum development within the department
- Support students aiming for top university destinations, including STEM pathways
- Participate in wider college life and enrichment where appropriate
About You
- A degree in Chemistry or a closely related subject
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (or working towards it)
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for post‑16 education
- Ability to motivate, challenge and inspire students
- Experience teaching A‑Level is desirable, though exceptional ECTs are welcome to apply
