Summary
Your new company
You will be joining a specialist industrial cleaning team that travels across the UK (and occasionally overseas) to carry out high‑level, complex cleaning and maintenance work. The organisation deals with unique and demanding environments, including industrial ovens, ducts, vents, confined spaces, and work at height. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity following a successful 12‑week placement through Hays.
Your new role
Starting each day at 7am, you will take on physically demanding cleaning tasks within industrial settings. This can include working in enclosed spaces, operating in tight or confined environments, and carrying out cleaning at height. You will travel nationwide as part of a specialist team, with frequent hotel stays required depending on job locations.
This role is hands‑on, intense, and varied - ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and is not afraid to get dirty.
Pay is £145-£160 per day, paid via PAYE or Umbrella.
Contract: Temp to Perm
What you'll need to succeed
No quals required, although beneficial... to excel in this role, you will need:
- Strong physical fitness and stamina
- Confidence working in confined spaces - no claustrophobia
- Comfort working at height
- Reliability and punctuality, especially for early starts
- Flexibility to travel nationwide with overnight stays
- A hardworking attitude and willingness to learn
