Contract Type: Part-time / Flexible Hours



SALARY: £12.21 per hour

Assistant to join our team! This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety, can think on their feet, and thrives in a
fast-paced retail environment.



As one of the UK’s leading charities providing essential specialist equipment to children with disabilities, Newlife is dedicated
to making life better - for the families we serve, and for the people who help us to make that happen.



Through grants and emergency equipment loans, we ensure children get the vital equipment they need, when they need it, while our
free nurse helpline offers crucial support and information – as well as a listening ear. Our campaigns help to give children with
disabilities and their families a voice, advocating for change to benefit the families we serve. And we support adults with
additional needs with volunteering and employment opportunities, providing an introduction to the workplace and a means for career
development.

every day.



The Opportunity:



No two days are the same due to the nature of the business the product type can change.



You will:

- Deliver great customer service at all times

- Merchandise stock to a high standard

- Support with stock preparation and replenishment




What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who is confident and able to communicate across all levels, who is reliable and flexible, with great
attention to detail and able to work as part of a team to achieve goals and targets.

The role would suit someone who has either previous experience in a retail / customer service or who has skills that are
transferable to this role.
