Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will assist customers both in-store and over the phone, providing friendly and professional service. You will help customers find the right products, process orders, and support the sales team with day-to-day retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and purchase decisions
• Providing product information and recommendations
• Processing orders and payments accurately
• Handling phone calls and responding to customer emails
• Supporting the sales team with order processing and general enquiries
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming shop environment
• Handling returns or exchanges in line with company policy
• Learning about the product range to confidently assist customers
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
• Previous experience in retail or sales (preferred but not essential)
• Basic computer skills (email, order processing systems, etc.)
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
