Summary
We are currently looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Night Duty Manager at The Link Hotel.
This is a full time position (37.5 hours per week) working night shifts 5 over 7 days from 11pm – 7am
Rate of Pay: £26,742 per annum
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, paid leave day for your birthday, free access to on-site gym facilities at Burleigh Springs, free meal on shift, free car parking & enrolment into company pension scheme
As Night Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel overnight, ensuring the safety of our guests and team members, and making sure that every aspect of our guests experience is welcoming and safe. You must be able to deal confidently and proactively with any guest issues, as you will be the first point of contact for our guests at night.
We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, who can communicate effectively with both guests and team members. You must be able to remain calm and professional when working independently and be able to work on your initiative, whilst consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience.
You will have a minimum of one years’ experience in a customer facing role. Experience in a front of house hospitality operation is desirable, although not essential as full training will be given.
