Youll be organised, solutionsfocused, and committed to delivering excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities Lead and support reception and administrative teams. Oversee daytoday operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and highquality service delivery. Manage rotas, room allocation, and locum coordination. Handle firstline patient complaints and monitor patient feedback. Oversee patient safety incident processes and support learning from events. Ensure compliance with CQC, infection control, and practice policies. Manage operational financial processes including claims, invoicing, and private fees. Provide operational data to support financial planning and decisionmaking. Act as first point of contact for IT and system issues. Support workflow, administrative processes, and service improvements. Lead the Patient Participation Group and promote patient involvement. Interested?
